Sales & Lettings Administrators - Central London

We are representing a highly regarded Estate Agency based across London who are looking to hire 3 sales & lettings support staff across their network in West and Central London.

As a business, they are highly regarded with an incredible board presence across Prime Central London working with some of the most exclusive stock in London.

You, as the ideal candidate will ideally come from an estate agency and be working within a support role and most importantly looking to join one of the best around. As a business, they are seeking someone who is social, highly organised, articulate and super efficient and in return you will have loads of fun, develop immensely in your property career and be in a role where the impact you make get's serious recognition.

Your Key Duties: 

  • Assisting a team of Lettings Negotiators/Sales Negotiators
  • Typing valuation and instruction letters
  • Preparing, updating and printing property lists
  • Preparing property details
  • Reception - making sure that the reception area is stocked up with property magazines and property lists at all times - dependent on office!
  • Weekly stationery ordering via the online stationery system
  • Advertising – preparing and proof-reading all adverts for weekly and monthly publications
  • Organising photography, floorplans and relevant statutory required documents
  • Opening, date stamping and distributing post and franking outgoing mail
  • General administration duties and canvassing
  • File management

As the ideal Candidate you will have:

  • 1 years experience in Lettings is essential
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising ability.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexibly
  • Team player
  • Dependable
  • Enthusiastic
  • Excellent IT skills – Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook
  • Good typing speed with high level of accuracy

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 + various benefits
