A successful firm of chartered surveyors with an established local presence in Somerset, Devon and Dorset has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor. This company, established over 100-years ago, specialise in the rural, residential and commercial sectors, principally working with private and estate-based clients.

My client is looking to broaden their services and recruit a core building surveyor to enhance their services and meet the demands of their clients and will work alongside four existing residential valuation surveyors. This is an exciting new venture as the successful candidate will be the first commercial building surveyor in the business and is therefore an exciting time to join the practice during this period of growth.

The hiring manager is happy to consider candidates at all levels ranging from Recently Chartered to Associate. You must also have commercial surveying experience including dilapidations and party wall.
