Surveyor / Associate - Occupier Services

I am proudly partnering with a Medium Sized Consultancy who have an international presence, seeking a Surveyor with Management and Professional Services experience to join their successful Corporate Management team on a nationwide portfolio, predominately servicing one of their longest standing clients and leading high street coffee chain.

Together, we are seeking either a recently qualified or experienced Property Management Surveyor at Associate Level, to add value the client's expansive, national property portfolio.

My client is an award-winning property consultancy who employs close to 500 members of staff and boast an incredible reputation for maintaining a corporate and highly professional international brand while also sustaining a genuine family type of culture where people enjoy coming into work.

You will be responsible for management of rent reviews, lease renewals, break options re-gears and more, in addition to portfolio management, tenant management, disposals and acquisitions, not to mention service charge and budget management.
