A well-known top consultancy has instructed Beach Baker to recruit for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor or Associate Director to join the Building Consultancy team, as part of a multi-disciplinary office.

The candidate:

  • MRICS
  • Able to complete the full range of building surveying duties, including dilapidations, contract admin, refurbishments, project management etc.
  • Client-facing with excellent interpersonal skills; you will ideally be able to bring clients into the business

The role:

  • You will be responsible for completing a range of professional and project work for a wide range of clients, including financial institutions and corporate clients
  • Assist with the provision of support and guidance to juniors/graduates
  • Contribute to achieving the department's business plan and actively undertake business development

Remuneration:

Competitive, depending on experience.
