Head of Business Development @ London Office Agency

RealRec are working with a leading boutique Commercial Real Estate Advisory based in London, W1 to help find a Head of Business Development.

Our client our entirely acquisitions focused, working with exciting start ups to major international brands to help them find their London office space.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development manager, who has experience working within commercial real estate or fit out or similar and who is looking for that next step in their career.

Requirements:

- 2+ years business development experience in a similar role
- Commercially minded
- Creative and entrepreneurial
- Positive, ambitious and outgoing
- Articulate, professional and strong presentation skills
- A strong understanding of the London office market would be preferential

Our client is offering a basic salary of between £30,000 to £75,000 + a generous commission structure.
