Property Development and Investment Company- Development Surveyor / Manager -Attractive Salary
Your new company
This Property Development and Investment Company are currently looking for a Development Surveyor / Manager to join their expanding team, you will take the lead in sourcing and acquiring income-producing assets and direct-development opportunities across this Development & Investment companies core regions. The existing portfolio comprises of Industrial, Office Space, and Retail & Leisure.
Your new role
Track, source and secure both on-and-off market investment and direct development opportunities Undertake detailed investment and development appraisals as appropriate. Establish a strong network of relationships throughout the regions, including key property agents and real-estate professionals, to ensure regular flow of opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
The role requires an experienced property professional, ideally educated to degree level and a member of RICS (5-10 years PQE). This role is open to candidates who are looking to take their first move into development surveying from either a Commercial Property Pathway or a Building Surveying Pathway. This is also a great opportunity for someone coming from a housing association, local authority or other public body .
Working independently, the ideal candidate will need to demonstrate commercial flair and the tenacity to identify and secure opportunities on their own merits, taking control of deal negotiations and the associated legal process for completion from the offset.
