Development Manager
Our client is a well-known, nationwide build-to-rent developer who are looking for a Development Manager to join their office in Central London.
With a very busy pipeline of projects coming online the successful candidate will be in charge of all post-acquisition front-end work including due-diligence, financial viabilities, planning, appointing consultant teams and managing design.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum 4 years’ experience
- Be RICS chartered (preferred but not essential)
Salary:
- £60,000 to £75,000 depending on experience
