Your new company
You will work for a large housing association in Nottinghamshire. They have over 25000 housing stock as well as their own stock through new build and acquisitions. As an organisation, they are in an exciting period of change and growth, creating in sourcing opportunities to grow the commercial side of their business, and they're delivering commercial building, repairs and maintenance contracts across the wider market.

Your new role
You will work as a Senior Commercial Contracts Manager reporting in to the Head of service. You will support the team in the delivery of commercial reactive repairs, planned works, projects and commercial contracts. You will be specifically responsible for significant maintenance, refurbishment and modernisation programmes of work. You will also have 2 Contracts Managers, reporting in to you.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a building related qualification, as well as the ability to demonstrate technical and practical experience working in the construction sector including project management of schemes from inception to completion.
