Permanent Opportunity for a Rural Surveyor in Gloucestershire

Your new role

As a rural surveyor you will provide rural valuation, land agency and management advice for retained clients for the Gloucestershire area as well as the wider west country and south Wales regions. You will develop work from new and existing sector client contacts, in association with other Team colleagues and the organisations' regional offices. As a rural valuation surveyor you will demonstrate at least 2 years post qualification experience in undertaking Rural Surveying related work and including loan security valuations, therefore being a Registered Valuer is essential. This is a fee earner role, focusing on maximising income and to develop client management whilst ensuring service delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

To be a successful rural surveyor formal qualification to degree level that is accredited by the RICS and/or qualified as a Member of the RICS is required. It is essential you are a Registered Valuer status. Essential Criteria also includes good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively, the ability to work in an organised and methodical fashion, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure that deadlines are met.
