Your new company
You will work for a Global leading construction consultancy based in Nottingham. You will work in a large team working on small scale projects as well as multi million pound projects. Their most recent work has been a town centre development, large shopping retail units, social housing, and public sector secondment.

Your new role
You will work as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, leading your own projects as well as assisting Directors on larger scale workloads. You will focus on cost management, measurements and contract administration. You will help support Assistant level quantity surveyors, and help drive the business forward.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a construction consultancy, working on both pre and post contracts. My client are flexible on sector experience, as they work across a multitude of projects. You will ideally be MRICS qualified, or working towards your APC.
