Asset Manager offering £40000 - £50000 based in Liverpool managing a commercial portfolio

Your new company
You will be joining a client side commercial company who are looking to expand the liverpool team with an Asset Manager. You will be responsible for:
- managing a number of key tenant accounts within the portfolio, driving retention and developing relationships
- Deliver rent reviews, lease renewals, expansions and relationships and owning and driving the data regarding them.
- Explore and achieve new income streams owning debt and customer queries
- Remain aware of the standards within the portfolio, liaising with the portfolio manager and operations managers.
- Work collaboratively with the wider teams and departments


Your new role
- You will be a commercial surveyor by background within property or asset management
- You will be MRICS qualified
- As an excellent communicator, you will have the ability to remain professional during challenging conversations, negotiations and stakeholder relationships.
- You have the ability to gather, analyse and action commercial decisions using customer and industry insight, utilising internal and external systems.
- Ability to recognise strategic opportunities in assets - including changing customer mix, occupational locations and development opportunities to deliver higher returns.
- Ability to develop a strong presence in the market, building purposeful relationships with agents, solicitors and stakeholders, attending networking events,


What you'll need to succeed
The role is a brilliant opportunity for someone to come in and really make a difference by driving and delivering customer loyalty, through getting to know the customers and anticipating their requirements at every step of their property journey. You need to be able to develop and maintain relationships with strong experience in Asset management and spotting business opportunities within property.

What you'll get in return
You will receive salary £40,000- £50,000 depending on experience. 25 holidays plus bank holidays, option to buy and sell up to 3 additional holidays, mobile phone and laptop, agile working, travel to work loan, private healthcare, life assurance, 8% contributed pension plus additional benefits package.
