Your new role
You will be in a totally vital position as the new site acquisition and development leader - your role will be to travel the UK and Ireland, leveraging your contacts, forging new relationships and using your commercial acumen to identify, purchase and develop new sites. You'll be attending networking events with land owners, developers and property owners, to seek both on and off-market transactions, negotiating the best price and making sure all the property and land bought is of the quality needed to make the venture profitable.

You'll be given free reign to acquire as you see fit, reporting in to the UK Country Manager and the European Head. You'll be trusted, encouraged, nurtured and developed, constantly pushed to be at your best, and richly rewarded.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience of acquisitions and development, preferably in Retail, though any sector is considered. What is most important is you - your charisma, your gravitas, your commanding presence and your ability to secure the best deals through negotiation. You'll need to be ambitious, driven and have a desire to see more of the country than you ever expected, and able to travel to Europe for expansion meetings & reports.
