An outstanding bespoke development in the heart of the city is looking for an expreinced Sales Consultant to join their team on a tempoary bases for 3 months. The stunning development is situated just a short walk away from London's iconic landmark of Tower Bridge.

As a New Homes Senior Sales Consultant, you are required to sell off-plan residential units, from a model, floor plans and show apartment.

They are looking for individuals who prove themselves to be pro-active, personable and hit the ground running at this high-end development. They are looking for individuals that have worked as a New Homes Sales consultant previously, and therefore can be self sufficient on this buys scheme.

The Responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Consultant should:

  • Assisting customers around the marketing suite, taking enquiries and encouraging sales
  • Take responsibility for maintaining the presentation of show homes and the sales office
  • Liaising with and selling to HNWs, investors and first time buyers
  • Management of the company's database
  • Taking telephone calls, answering website enquiries and registering new applicants
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times

The ideal New Homes Sales Consultant should:

  • Have property, New Homes, Sales,Customer Service or Cabin Crew experience
  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Be personable, well presented
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good team player
  • Be self-motivated, determined
  • Represent the developers brand to the highest of standards

Please bare in mind this is a full time temporary position, the role will require you to cover 5 days a week on a rota ( weekends included )
