RealRec are working on an extremely exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a successful London Property Company, who specialise in commercial and residential investment and development opportunities throughout London and the South East.

On their behalf we are seeking a senior team player to be an integral part of their future successes. You will be given high levels of responsibility and will be expected to be very hands on with many of the projects they work on.

Key roles & responsibilities:

- EA/ co-ordinator to project delivery, reporting to senior Director
- Managing Diary/ schedule and co-ordinate team and project meetings
- Assisting Senior Director & project delivery team in achieving business goals and deadlines efficiently
- Support MD & other Directors, with wider business as needed - working closely with Office Manager and other EA's
- Manage and co-ordinate project central filing systems for internal and external sharing in most efficient way
- Ensure monthly project reports are updated, correct and published
- Minute taking/ tracking actions, maintaining project risk registers
- Collate & format information for internal and external reports - presentations, reports etc.
- Greeting guests and providing refreshments

Typical project tasks include:

- Co-ordinating project consultant appointments
- Collate reports and presentations for monthly project meetings to ensure efficient meeting focus
- Assisting with site acquisition and property sales/ collating buyer packs - ensuring latest/ correct data is being used and liaising with lawyers, agents and buyers
- Tracking project costs/ fee's & getting invoices approved versus budgets
- Support utility management and relevant billing for projects
- Appoint & manage temporary EA's & concierges as needed by projects
- Assist with site security and asset management on project sites
- Visit sites and liaise with Consultants/ Contractors as part of project delivery team

Skills & attributes:

- Outstanding organisation & time management skills
- High attention to detail. "Safe pair of hands" that gets tasks right 1st time
- Pro-active communication skills & "can do" approach to problem solving
- Previous experience as an EA in a property environment essential - knowledge of Planning and construction/ real estate legal jargon and typical property transaction protocols
- Work well within a team and individually
- Calm under pressure. Add to positive work environment for all with open and friendly personality
- Knowledge and experience of project management best practice processes
- Excellent MS office skills. Skilled at managing/ updating large, complex files internally & externally
- Familiarity with office gadgets & safety/ security matters - PC's server, copier, calendars etc.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion & confidentiality.

Our client are offering a very competitive salary circa £50,000-£60,000 basic salary depending on experience and a generous company package.

Office hours are 9am to 5:30pm.
