Investment Agent

Hanning Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the most respected niche investment agencies in the investment and development space. My client is looking to grow their team with a new Investment and Development Agent who will be an integral member of the team and have the opportunity to work and source their own deals with complete ownership. They have been involved in some of London’s largest and most prestigious deals and have close links with the major investors. Geographically they cover both London and the UK and advise on a number of different asset classes.

Key requirements: 
• Connected to developers, investors and funds 
• Demonstrable experience in running your own deals from start to finish 
• Run development and investment appraisals 
• Experience in dealing with a number of assets from land, development, residential and commercial assets
