Baxter Philips is a well established and progressive firm of Chartered Surveyors based in central Bromley on the north Kent and Greater London borders.

Specialising in all aspects of the commercial and industrial property markets in the South East, but with its management portfolio extending nationwide, as part of our continuing expansion plans, we now have a vacancy for the following full-time role:

Property Manager

Through hard work and dedication our property management department has grown significantly by client recommendation over the past three years, and this is a trend we expect to continue.

The portfolio we currently manage comprises around 90 clients, 150 properties with about 400 leases and a rent and service charge collection of around £6m annually. The portfolio is primarily commercial, with a full range across prime and secondary retail, office blocks with service charges and industrial space, along with a small amount of residential for good measure.

We are looking for an enthusiastic property manager with a proven track record – ideally having at least 5 years’ relevant experience within a similar portfolio blend – who can hep us build on the current momentum, whilst delivering great service to our clients.

Chartered status or a relevant Degree would be an advantage but not essential, whilst a proven track history in the sector is essential; you will need to be mobile, so a clean UK driving licence is also a must. Working as part of a small team reporting directly to the Directors, the successful candidate can expect an excellent salary package + company car.
