Job Details
A fantastic new opportunity has emerged in the South West of England. A local authority are seeking an experienced Acquisition Surveyor to come in on an interim basis to acquire new property.
The role will be:
- Acquiring new land and commercial property
- Negotiating contracts
- Some Landlord and Tennant duties, inclusive of lease renewals and rent reviews
- Liaising and managing external contractors across the south west
- Sourcing new property through contacts in the area
The ideal candidate will have relevant public sector and general practice experience, and will also be a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
This will be a 3-month contract with a high chance of it being extended and the option to work full-time or part-time with flexible working hours.
