Assistant Director - Development Manager
A global professional consultancy is seeking to grow its highly established development surveying team, based in central London.
They are seeking someone to join at Assistant Director level, so this would suit someone looking to take the next step up in their career.
You will be working with prestigious landowners and development clients in London on major redevelopment schemes. These are some of London's biggest development projects and include; commercial led mixed-use with residential, offices and retail.

Working alongside the Director your main responsibilities will include:
- Formulating development strategies, advising on viability and feasibility studies (including master-planning).
- Utilising your knowledge of residual and cash flow development appraisals, in order to interpret strategies for development solutions and advise clients.
- Marketing development opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining relationships between the private and public sector.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationship with prestigious clients.
Key requirements:
- Degree qualified is essential.
- Member of RICS.
- Ability to build and review financial appraisals.
- Previous experience working as a development manager/development surveyor on commercial/mixed use schemes.
- Excellent communication skills.
Salary from £45,000 to £65,000 plus corporate benefits package and bonus.
Based in Central London.
