Job Details
My client is an entrepreneurial Land Promoter, based in the Cotswolds, who are currently looking for a Land Manager to join their rapidly growing team. The current land team has expanded by two people in the last three months and we are now looking to add a final Land Manager to meet my client's ambitious land targets for the coming years.
You will play an instrumental role in acquiring land through option agreements/promotion agreements within the UK. My client mainly targets the Midlands land patch but will also go far South and East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquiring land through the planning process
- Signing up option agreements with land owners
- Contacting land owners and conducting negotiations
- Building up a network of key contacts - especially in the West Midlands area
You ideally will have/be:
- A strong understanding of the acquisitions process
- Understanding of option/promotional agreements
- Experience in land acquisition and negotiating deals
- Geographical Knowledge and contact base in the West Midlands area
