My client are a high profile but discrete private equity business with an excellent track record of delivering central London schemes.
They are now looking to recruit a Project/Development Director to oversee the delivery of a very prominent central London mixed-use site c. 200k sqft.
The site includes the construction and handover of a hotel and therefore it is essential you have delivered a hotel previously.
In order to be considered for this position you must:
- Have clear demonstrable experience of delivering a hotel as client/developer
- A background covering construction/project management and development (planning/design etc)
The employment terms are currently under discussion but an openness to contract/temp arrangements could be highly regarded.
