Your new company
An independent property business with a wide ranging commercial property portfolio.

Your new role
You will assist Chartered Surveyors and Asset Managers as part of a wider property administration team in managing of the property database and portfolio, looking after property data, management of leases and licences of commercial property and assisting with information for property rents and accounts.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be self motivated, with excellent attention to detail and have a real interest in commercial property. You will have experience already with working with commercial property as a property assistant, or estate technician or equivalent role, assisting with legal or commercial property matters and database management. Experience with property management software such as TRAMPS or Propman.
