Senior Associate Director

About you

Are you able to handle yourself with demanding clients? Are you commercially aware and ready to hit the ground running with a multi billion pound portfolio? Ideally you will have progressed in your career through multi disciplinary consultancies, land owners and developers.

It would be advantageous if you were fully chartered with MRICS however this is not essential. You will have an ability and confidence in delivering a high quality service whilst both maintaining tenant optimism and ensuring client confidence.

Your role

As a Senior Associate Director, your primary role will involve maintaining and developing the client relationship. The client in question is constantly acquiring new assets so a keen eye is a must. You will be responsible for tenant relationships being maintained which maximises rental growth and minimises landlord's outgoings, in line with the agreed Asset Strategy. You will be responsible for the management of more junior team members and ensure you lead your team in the effective approach to delivering our client's renowned level of service.

Other duties include:

• Identify and manage opportunities within the portfolio that will deliver enhanced value and rental growth along with new rental income.
• Overseeing the provision of common services to properties and tenants.
• Ensuring compliance with legislation including Health and Safety and other regulations.
• Assisting clients in the acquisition and disposal of properties.
