We are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join our growing and newly established team in our Birmingham Office at Two Snow Hill. This is an exciting role for someone to get involved with a full range of Building Surveying services to the varied client base of Carter Jonas.

The role will be responsible for generating fees throughout the management and development of existing and new clients and contribute towards the financial and business development targets of the Building Surveying department. The team undertakes a wide variety of work in the department from Design to Project Management to Dilapidations and Building Surveys. The diversity of work covers both Project Management and Professional work. We also carry out work for in-house clients and their client portfolios. Carter Jonas works for a substantial range of Blue Chip companies as well as large landowners and investment companies.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

We are seeking a self-motivated RICS qualified Senior Building surveyor with industry experience and knowledge of main Building Surveying activities. The successful candidate will also demonstrate good working knowledge of relevant legislation and will be able to demonstrate strong technical competence.
