This is an opportunity to join a well experienced development team who are currently delivering major projects of significant impact to the local area within the London region. This role will allow you the responsibility to make a large impact on one or more of these projects and broaden your skill set.
My client is a highly reputable PLC residential developer who typically build very large complex schemes. The development team is a close knit, highly experienced group, from whom you can learn. You will be working alongside the Development Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Planning preparation
- Stakeholder engagement
- Scheme Optimisation
- Discharging conditions
- Liaising with local authorities
You ideally will have/be:
- Track record of working on large schemes at a Junior level
- Have a RICS accredited qualification
- A strong understanding of the development process
- Strong communication skills
