Property Manager - Central London
My client, a well known and highly regarded Estate Agency is seeking a full-time Property Manager based in Central London. The main purpose of the role is to ensure Landlords and Tenants receive an effective, customer focused property management service during their tenancy.
Key Responsibilities:
Making sure that all your Landlords, Tenants, Contractors are kept up to date on all actions you have taken, programmes of work and progress and recording everything with the internal team and all stakeholders respectively.
- Day to day property maintenance issues
- Invoice management and processing
- Obtaining competitive quotations
- Reporting to landlord and tenant
- Insurance claims when required
- Utilities management
- Comply with all current and relevant legislation
- Be a good team player and adding value to multiple teams when needed
- Ensure all management systems are kept up to date
- Contractor management
- Drawing up work orders
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
You as the ideal candidate should meet the following profile:
- Flexible in your day to day work structure
- Ideally have ARLA
- Must have Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Word
- Happy to multi-task and spin many plates
- Be adaptable and a good team player
- Must believe in delivering only the best in customer service at all times
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail needs to be exceptional
- Happy and confident in dealing with a wide range of clients
Package: £28,000 - £30,000 plus extensive benefits package.
