Michael Page Property team are recruiting for an Estates Surveyor with general practice experience in the public sector. Asset management, acquisitions/disposals, tenant landlord management, and contract management will all fall under the remit of this role. Based near Preston.

Michael Page are partnered with one of our key local authority clients in order to find the most suitable candidate for this Estates Surveyor position near Preston.
Description
The Estates Surveyor will be responsible for the effective delivery of the estates functions across the complex portfolio, and you will ensure the quality of the facilities management is maintained to the required standard.
Based in Preston near Manchester, you will head up the general practice and asset management across the estate to deliver a successful and profitable portfolio.
Asset management, acquisitions/disposals programmes, tenant landlord management, and contract management/rent reviews will all fall under the responsibility for this position.
RICS accreditation is required.
Profile
Experience in Project Management.
Experience in General Practice Surveying within Public Sector.
