Client Side Asset Manager

I am currently collaborating with a leading property developer for an Asset Manager role within their Commercial team. The company has an excellent reputation within the industry and the Commercial team provides strategic Asset Management across the commercial property portfolio.

The business is well known for their luxury mixed use, residential and commercial developments. Assets are developed with the aim of forming communities within the city which are characterised by being highly attractive and desirable places to live and enjoy leisure time.

The purpose of the role will be to maximise the value of the company's continuously expanding portfolio. The portfolio is made up of mixed-use assets, consisting of office, retail and leisure, along with their grade A residential assets. You will be involved in perusal of Asset Management opportunities, lease management and overseeing development analysis and feasibility.

The successful candidate will be degree educated and MRICS qualified. You will need experience working across a variety of asset classes and a retail focused background. The role requires a client facing individual with the capacity to adapt and provide solutions to new situations.
