About the Client:
An established and renowned developer who produce in excess of 200 standardised units throughout the North West of England.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be is responsible for all technical matters i.e. co-ordination of external architects and engineers, the co-ordination and discharge of all necessary conditions etc
What We're Looking for:
- A career working for a residential developer i.e. client side.
- Engineering or architectural background
- Ability to critique development layouts from an urban design and engineering perspective
- Ability to critique architectural and engineering drawings
- Forensic investigation skills
- Ability to conduct feasibility studies, preparation of fee budget estimates and support land purchases
