Senior Land Manager, Residential Development, West Midlands £55,000 - £75,000

Reporting to the Land Director you will be responsible for acquiring land for residential development, on both a conditional and unconditional basis. Responsibilities will include identifying and appraising land opportunities, monitoring and managing planning applications, tracking of contract terms and agreements and contributing to implementing the regional land strategy. 

My client is a major Housebuilder who deliver a high-quality homes on a large-scale across the Midlands. They have a secure development pipeline and are renowned for their tenacity and ambition. 

The ideal candidates will have a background in acquisition for residential purpose. They will have a track-record and network of contacts across the Midlands, will be tenacious, a strong negotiator and a team player.
