Proven experience in the property management sector and asset management is essential, ideally within retail and / or business space property management.  You’ll be MRICS qualified.  To succeed in the role, you’ll be numerate and technically competent with the ability to deal with changing mandates and cope with a high workload.  Your strong attention to detail will be critical as will your pragmatic and common-sense approach to management and ability to work with a relatively high degree of autonomy with minimal supervision.  Finally, you’ll have a full clean driving licence to travel across sites.
