Job Details
A major property owner is seeking an Estates Surveyor to look after their London and South East portfolio. Based in the Kent or Hampshire, this is a highly varied role offering a flexible, autonomous working environment. You will provide ongoing support in relation to the occupancy of the estate, advising colleagues and if required tenants as to the various responsibilities, obligations and covenants in accordance with their leases or policies. Liaising with valuers, agents and landlords to achieve best outcome on operational lease issues. The ideal candidate will be MRICS however part qualified APC candidates will be considered - full APC support provided if necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
