Chartered Building Surveyor - London

My client is looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team in the City. They are a Global commercial real estate services company generating profit across core services of agency leasing, asset services, capital markets, facilities services (branded C&W Services), global occupier services, investment management (branded DTZ Investors), tenant representation, and valuations & advisory.

They are looking for a candidate that is going to be a good fit for their team, and will be able to manage their own workload while providing a professional standard to clients.

Candidate Requirements

The individual must be commercially aware, enthusiastic and self-motivated and able to demonstrate strong communication and negotiations skills in a customer service driven, client facing role. The person will need to be methodical, diligent and well organised, with the ability to take on heavy workloads at busy times.  The candidate must be able to take responsibility for their own workload and actions and work well as part of a busy team.
