Your new company
An innovative and industry leading public sector organisation is looking for a Head of Property and Development to join them permanently. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person.

Your new role
You will be responsible for leading and developing an established team, project delivery (entire life-cycle), developing an Estates and FM strategy, new development schemes ie acquisition/design/planning etc, budget management of £15/20m+. A good all round knowledge of repairs, investment maintenance, project delivery, people management, planning consent, FM (hard and soft) and more.


What you'll need to succeed
You need a proven history in the care sector with a strong understanding of the challenges faced, a relevant professional chartered membership, a project management qualification ie Prince 2, There may also be some commercial negotiations so a knowledge of the landlord and tenant act is desirable. experience of large development schemes, a valid UK driving license and a strategic mindset.
