Job Details

My client, an ambitious organisation based in Sussex is looking for a Senior Estates Surveyor to join their Property function.

The successful candidate MUST be RICS qualified with significant L&T experience.

They will work with and support the Estates Team Leader to carry out all aspects of the management of the commercial and operational property portfolios including:-

 

  • Deliver/assist in the delivery of development sites and opportunities to secure capital receipts and assist the delivery of corporate key projects.
  • Property Management covering a wide variety of landlord and tenant matters.
  • Securing and managing appropriate services by external consultants.
  • Identifying opportunities and projects to maximise income from the commercial property portfolio.
  • Provide appropriate property advice to other business units and undertake work as required in relation to the operational property portfolio.
