Job Details
My client is a dynamic and growing award winning developer who create and build design-led developments of the highest quality. Due to growth in the region from a huge bank of land and projects approaching launch date they are looking to recruit a Contract Manager in the Thames Valley region.
The Role:
Reporting to the Construction Director you be responsible for a number of residential sites across the region. You will manage an experienced build team whilst ensuring build programmes are on time and Health & Safety and Quality are adhered to.
What We're Looking for:
The ideal candidate will be a proven Contracts Manager with experience of working with a housebuilder or contractor coupled with experience of building multi story schemes is essential. Excellent Management and organisational skills.
