About the Client:

My Client is an expert in land promotion. Operating throughout the South East they identify and manage land through the planning system.  With over 100 years’ experience their team comprises of specialist in land, planning and technical ensuring every site is deliverable and achieves best value.  Due to outstanding sucess and continued growth they are now looking to strengthen the current team by recruiting appoint a Senior Land Manager.

About the Role:

The role will involve the identification appraisal and acquisition of land for residential development whilst providing commercial input into the planning process.

What we’re looking for:  

An existing Land Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career or an experienced Senior Land Manager looking for a new challenge.  Experience of working within the residential market coupled with excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and the ability to add value to the land process are required.

About the Offer:  

£70,000 - £80,000 Plus car, Bonus and Benefits
