Job Details
My client is a dynamic and well established house builder who produce a design led product. They have ‘substantial’ backing from their investors and as such are looking to recruit a Land Manager to complement their experienced team of land professionals.
About the role:
Reporting to the Land Director you will be responsible for acquiring land for short-term and medium-term use, on both a conditional and unconditional basis. You are either an assistant Land Buyer seeking the next step up in your career or an existing Land Manager ready for a fresh challenge. You are an outstanding negotiator and deal maker and have an extensive network of contacts within the target area.
Candidates are required to be self-motivated, hardworking, driven and possess strong leadership & motivational skills.
