Senior/Associate Building Surveyor - Cathedral Square - Bham

Beach Baker is working with a well-known consultancy who are looking to expand their Building Surveying team. They currently have over 200 staff with regional offices throughout the UK and a range of retained clients, including national fund investment and asset management firms. The company in question are based a 2-minute walk from Cathedral Square.

The successful candidate will be joining at a time of intensive growth, as the Director is looking to grow their UK building surveying services over the next 5 years to become 50% of the company's fee income. Consequently, the post-holder will be technically-minded, client-facing and keen to actively become an integral part of the business.
