Job Details
One of the UK’s largest property investment and development companies are seeking a Leasing Manager to join their retail division. Working closely with the Head of Retail Leasing and the Leasing & Asset Management teams to lease a portfolio of assets to meet the evolving needs of occupiers while delivering strong returns for investors. It’s a role that will see you taking the lead on devising leasing strategy to help deliver business plans and driving portfolio performance. The quality and scale of the portfolio is second to none and because it’s a small team, you’ll have big responsibilities and greater opportunities to broaden your experience.
Requirements
• 1 to 4 years PQE from a retail leasing background
• Proven track record of identifying opportunities to add value and delivering against targets of financial outperformance
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Good numeracy and analytical skills
• Ability to create vision and set ambitious growth strategies
