Job Details
Our client, a forward thinking and innovative developer, is looking to bolster their team and recruit a Project Manager. Ideally our client is looking to attract Project Managers with a demonstrable track record in delivering projects from inception to completion, including procuring and managing design teams, contractors and managing contractors on site through to delivery and handover.
Projects are mixed use developments, but with a focus on private and affordable residential units, with a construction value of c.£200m.
To be considered you will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage projects from inception to completion. Projects are new build and regeneration schemes and consist of commercial, residential, hotel, and retail / F&B. You will likely have a degree in construction management / engineering / surveying or architecture but will have gained experience working within a project management consultancy or already made the move to a developer.
