Macdonald & Company are currently working with an established West End corporate advisor who work with clients within the food & beverage sector.
They are looking to appoint a senior member of the team to work as a lease restructuring advisor. You will work alongside their head of lease restructuring assisting them in servicing clients in their proactive approach to lease management. The successful candidate will have a proven history of client reporting and able to take on high levels of accountability.
The ideal candidate must be a competent and hard hitting negotiator as well.
Key Responsibilities
- * Understand a clients vision in order to set a coherent strategic plan.
- * Manage and retain existing client relationships
- * Negotiating mainly by phone and email to achieve maximum effective results
- * Take responsibility of managing a leasehold portfolio in line with the strategic needs of the clients
- * Assist in business development such as pitching and networking
- * Work fully with CRM
