Portfolio Surveyor
Cheshire based
Up to £40,000 plus benefits.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a privately owned investor/developer who manage a significant regional investment portfolio. The appointed Portfolio Surveyor will be responsible for a number of out of town retail and business parks located across the North West of England.
The role will encompass day to day management of the portfolio as well as overseeing rent review and lease renewal work undertaken by 3rd party advisers.
This position would suit a chartered surveyor who can demonstrate experience within property or asset management. My client operates an autonomous and professional environment offering genuine scope for career progression.
