Senior Asset/Investment Manager
A leading UK property company with a national portfolio worth over £1 billion is currently seeking a Senior Asset/Investment Manager, to join their London office. Their portfolio predominantly includes retail (shopping centre) and office assets.
As the Senior Asset/Investment Manager you will be tasked with driving value whilst being involved with the acquisition and disposal of assets.
This is a senior level hire into a growing business where you will have the opportunity to be part of the management team.
Key Requirements:
- Member of RICS.
- Proven strategic asset and investment management experience.
- Experience working across the retail and office market.
- Understanding of debt finance would also be advantageous.
Salary from £100,000 - £130,000 per annum, plus benefits package and bonus.
Based in Central London.
