Senior Planner - The Role

Are you a Senior Town Planner and enjoy working with several disciplines across a larger Planning & Development team? If you are looking for a new challenge and want to be pushed to your limits, working on major developments across London this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

A national property consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Town Planner to their London team, working with all of the major estates in the capital and as part of joint ventures on major regeneration schemes. Daily roles include assisting Senior Directors on complex applications, managing your own applications and mentoring junior colleagues through their APC submission.

About You

As a Senior Planner, you will be MRTPI qualified and have roughly 5 years' experience working in the private sector, wither consultancy or developer. You will have a fantastic understanding of the UK planning system with a particular knowledge of London.

You will have a good personal manner which will assist you when dealing with clients and local planning authorities and have a proven academic and professional record to date. Your ability to articulate strong arguments, both written and verbally will allow you to grow further within the business.

The Company

With one of the largest Planning teams across London, this company has built up a strong reputation across the UK of being able to deliver outstanding results on some of the most high-profile projects. They have been awarded as employer of the year given the working environment, flexibility and highly competitive salaries as well as responsibility and inclusion that employees love about working there.
