Your new role

Initially working on a new build housing development, you will work alongside the site manager on the day to day running of the site. As a cradle to grave project this will encompass everything from pre-construction through to snagging lists and customer demonstrations / handovers.

With quality and customer care at the forefront of the company's ethos attention to detail will be required at every phase of the build.

Achieving the balance between quality, timelines and budget will be one of your key responsibilities on this and future projects for the company.


What you'll need to succeed

You will have a proven track record of consistently delivering excellence as a site manager within a similar environment.

Your attention to detail and ambition to be the best will match that of the companies... an award or two to your name wouldn't go unnoticed!

An ability to lead by example and motivate the on-site teams will be paramount to your success within the company.

The development of effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders from the outset will be essential on this and all future projects.

As the customer & client facing representative of the company you will be presentable, an excellent communicator and will always put the customer first.

And of course, you will hold all of the relevant, in-date tickets such as SMSTS, CSCS and Health & Safety.
