Job Details
This leading real estate firm are looking to appoint a property database administrator for a 12 month fixed term contract. Working within the Property Team, you will check and coordinate all transactions legal documents, including leases, rent reviews, surrenders and building contract documents for signatures and keep a record by way of a Database Recording System. You will also maintain and manage all database inputs, including, setting up new properties and units, changes to rents, assignments, surrenders, natural expiries, turnover and any lease variations. Also maintain daily notes on database, including pending transactions and unit vacancy status. This is a varied and busy role and will suit an experienced property administrator.
