Job Details
PSD have been instructed to hire a Leasing Manager for a private property investor and developer, based in West London. The role requires you to actively market space, review leases and manage all pre-let activity.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong combination of the following skills and experience:
- Working in a small but high quality team this role will see you work directly with the Director and take direct responsibility for the leasing strategy for the portfolio; It is a role that offers significant autonomy and direct responsibility and exposure to the senior management of the business.
- Establish market value of premises, manage letting agents and undertake general marketing.
- Draft and review all Heads of Terms, negotiate leases and negotiate and agree new terms with tenants.
- Manage business rates mitigation schemes for office, retail and industrial.
- Plan potential occupation for any liabilities and manage void property and deal schedules
