Our client has been building new homes across the Midlands for over 50 years.  To support their planned growth, they are looking to appoint a talented Sales Manager to cover developments across the Midlands, Worcestershire and Cotswolds area.

As New Homes Sales Manager, you’ll contribute to the overall success of the business by driving a strong sales performance through effective management of the Sales Adviser team on their developments. Key target areas for this role include legal completions, customer care, average selling price, sales selling overheads, client extras.  We expect this candidate to be close to stepping up to a Sales & Marketing Director level role within 2 years.

You will be expected to:

  • Deliver a strong sales performance through effective management of the sales adviser team including their recruitment and ongoing training and development.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to maximise sales revenue and profitability
  • Ensure all market research data is up to date and accurate in order to achieve sales targets
  • Manage database of CRM activity with designated team, ensure continuous improvement as measured by KPI performance
  • Oversee the implementation and launch of new sites – coordinating Marketing input as appropriate
  • Manage delivery and ongoing presentation of show homes and sales office for developments, ensuring all sites are always presentable to potential customers
  • Be the point of contact for customer care issues, liaising with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of customer journey for their developments
  • Appropriately report to the Sales Director on all aspects of sales/legal completions

Ideally, you’ll already be a New Homes Sales Manager with a proven track record of managing day to day operations effectively and driving successful sales teams to achieve targets and key performance indicators.  With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you’ll be a natural at building strong relationships both internally and externally.  Used to working in a busy role you’re able to manage your time and work efficiently and keep calm in high pressure situations. You must be flexible with your working hours as occasional weekend work will be required.  A full UK driving licence is required
