Description

You will be joining our Nottingham Construction and Design team, focusing on Technical disciplines within the Construction industry (Architecture, Engineering, Planning etc.) within private practice and residential development. You role as recruitment consultant will encompass all aspects on both client and candidate sides including:

Engage and consult with clients to understand their needs and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting the right candidates

Networking in industry, sector and specialism and become an expert in market

Candidate engagement - identify and attract potential candidates

Filter, vet and interview candidates to understand their requirements and gain valuable market information

Provide advice on market conditions, CV and interview techniques and manage expectations

Work as an integral member of a team, motivating one another and communicating effectively

Profile

Previous experience within a sales or target driven environment would be highly beneficial. Whilst not critical, an interest in Architecture and/or construction would be advantageous and aid greatly in developing relationships on the practice and consultancy side of our market.
