My client are a small PropCo with a £1bn portfolio geared heavily towards student accommodation.
The business has new funding to enter its next stage of growth and as such are looking to appoint a new Head of Investment and Development into the leadership team.
Leading a small internal team (investment and development) you will be responsible for sourcing new acquisitions across the UK and then developing them out according ensuring they are delivered on time and budget.
This is a split role covering investment and development and therefore it is absolutely key you have clear demonstrable experience of both.
In terms of asset experience it is also key you have delivered some form of residential product (resi/student/prs).
